I came for the spa, not the hotel, and had a really good experience. The wellness area is clean, well maintained, and nicely furnished, a perfect fit for one or two people. The staff were kind and professional. I'd recommend it for a relaxing day in a beautiful historic village.

We gave the hotel a second chance on our second visit. It's a beautiful building with spacious rooms. We didn't use the spa because nobody mentioned it or offered even a brief explanation. The breakfast was far too expensive for what you get, and didn't compare with any B&B we've visited. It's disappointing to see the manager respond this way to comments. Maybe there's something to learn and improve. We aren't the only ones who've made these comments, yet the response is defensive and turns into a list of advertising points about how good the hotel is. A missed opportunity.

The rooms are spacious and nicely renovated, and we felt welcome from the start. Silvia was a fantastic, lovely host who made sure we had everything we needed. A must-stay hotel in the Staffolo area!

A lovely hotel set in Staffolo's fortress, with a gorgeous view and clean, cozy rooms. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were the best!
