The mountain view is beautiful, and the quiet is wonderful if you're looking to stay in and relax. Just know the old house isn't especially comfortable and there's no service, it's entirely self-catering. Getting into town takes at least 30-45 minutes, and the slow drive up or down the mountain can test your patience.

The nearest big shop is about a 35-minute drive along a fairly narrow mountain road. We stayed for two weeks and loved the peace and nature. The cottage is simple, but worked perfectly well for our family. If you enjoy hiking and quiet surroundings, this is a lovely spot.

We were greeted so warmly by the managers, and the setting is beautiful and wonderfully peaceful. The only trouble is that once you're here, you'll wish your stay were longer 😃. Keep it up, Rudolfo, we'll come back.

The drive in takes some time and can feel a little exciting, but it was well worth it. We felt very comfortable and came away rested. The landlords are friendly and great with children, and the house and grounds are clean and lovingly cared for. It's quiet, with fantastic views and a lovely climate even in the middle of summer.

We spent two weeks here, and the hosts were charming. The house is simple and pretty, but the setting is what stays with you: mountains and valleys in view, and near-total silence. A dream for hiking, relaxing, or just switching off.
