Mrs. Rosella made us feel so welcome, and we had plenty of lovely chats with her. She was always attentive to what we needed. Her traditional homemade local desserts at breakfast were delicious, too. The property is surrounded by nature and greenery, with a warm, welcoming feel. We spent a wonderfully relaxing weekend and would highly recommend it if you want to unwind and feel looked after.

I booked through Booking.com for the end of December and got in touch with Agriturismo San Vincenzo to clarify the arrangements. They asked for a €200 deposit, then asked me to pay only €100. When I later asked them to kindly consider a refund because of a serious impediment, and gave notice by December 15th, they said the stay was no longer available due to illness. I strongly suspect that reason was made up and that the timing was no coincidence. Friends confirmed to me that it was BULLSHIT. I’ve never encountered such a lack of courtesy or professionalism. What do you think?

We’ll miss Rossella’s breakfasts. She made a different dessert each morning herself, using local ingredients, and they were delicious. The price is absolutely excellent, and we’re planning to return with friends. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and spotlessly clean, and the property is a peaceful little paradise in nature. It’s also well placed for day trips. Sovana is only about 2 km away, set into the tuff hill, and was such a unique destination that we couldn’t end the day without stopping there.

A peaceful, charming place, kept very clean. Our room was roomy and practical, and the bedding was really good. The host was lovely, available, and gave us great advice. Breakfast was generous and homemade. I highly recommend it.

The homemade cakes at breakfast were fantastic, and the owner was really friendly and kind. It’s a great spot if you want quiet and nature. There’s no wifi, though, and the connection isn’t very good.
