The park is really lovely, and there’s a large hotel offering skin treatments. With our dog, though, we didn’t find much to do since dogs weren’t allowed in most places. All the big prohibition signs around also made it feel less like a holiday.

After a few days of thermal baths, my skin had stopped itching. It’s a great place for psoriasis treatment, highly recommended.
