I’m staying from August 31st to 6th, 2024, and this is the second time you’ve done this to me. I had asked to have the air conditioning switched on before I arrived so the room would be cooler, but it’s still 84°F (29°C) and the AC isn’t cooling properly. When I reported it, Ilaria’s father treated me badly and said, “If you don’t like it, you can leave.” They’re just asking me for money. Shame on you.

The owner was really kind, and the property was new, very nice, and spotlessly clean. The only issue was figuring out breakfast, which is served at a bar two minutes away. We got up early to move our car from the street and saw on the windows that it opened at 9, so we made other arrangements. Later we found out it actually opened at 8, meaning we could have waited a little. Parking may be a small drawback, but the place is great for visiting Stintino beach, less than a 10-minute drive away. Everything else was perfect.

Ilaria was extremely kind and did her best to meet all our requests. The rooms were very clean and well looked after, and there’s free parking on the street. It’s a new property right in the center of Stintino’s main square, only a few kilometers from La Pelosa beach. Highly recommend this B&B.

Ilaria’s hospitality, friendliness, and helpfulness made our stay lovely. The B&B is in a nice area and easy to reach by car, though it’s far from the beaches. The rooms are clean and well kept, but a bit small, and the bathroom is small too. The outside of the building is rather lackluster.

We had a wonderful week in Stintino with a friend. The place was quiet, central, and convenient for everything, with parking available. Everything was clean, welcoming, and well maintained, and the owner was always there to answer our questions. Highly recommended!
