We had a great view, and the room was very clean, though small, with a hard bed and pillows. Service beyond cleaning was poor. Marco said he'd arrange a taxi or hotel shuttle to the train for our departure, then didn't, and told us to walk. Breakfast had a decent selection, but the baked goods were stale and the scrambled eggs tasted like powder. Security also concerned me: a spare key was handed out without checking ID.

A brilliant stay in a prestigious spot. The staff were wonderful and understanding while we did our best as Canadians trying to speak Italian ;). Everywhere felt clean, safe and full of atmosphere. Breakfast was exemplary. Pick a water view and go.

Right opposite Lake Maggioree, the hotel has a panoramic view. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were cleaned and looked after daily. I'll definitely come back!

The hotel was spotless and very quiet at night, and the staff were so friendly with excellent service. Breakfast had lots to choose from: fresh, vibrant fruit salad with a nice mix of fruits, great scrambled eggs, pastries, juices and breads. Excellent stay, thank you!

This was our second stay, and once again we had a clean, roomy, comfortable annex room overlooking the pool, with great air conditioning. The lakeside location is amazing, and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic, with a separate shelf of sealed gluten-free products for my Coeliac wife, and they made soft-boiled eggs when asked. At lunchtime, the poolside bar also had a reasonable choice of GF options for Kim when we ate there. I’d definitely recommend the hotel.
