The room itself was okay, but check-in was a disaster. I was emailed an address seven blocks from the hotel to check in; when I got there, nobody was waiting and nobody answered my calls. I walked the seven blocks to the hotel with my 40kg bags, only to find a little note with another number to call. Then I had to climb two floors and wait about 30 minutes for someone to arrive with the keys. Not recommended.

Tidy place, good price, and a great stay. Would recommend.

There are two fountains just below where you can refill a bottle and drink, and a grocery store about 50 meters away. The location is good, just above Navona. Our room was spacious and clean, and the Wi-Fi worked well. It did feel a bit stuffy and slightly damp-smelling, though. There were only two outlets, so we couldn't charge a phone, power bank, and camera at once and leave them charging. Still, good value for money.

Rooms were clean and well looked after, and the service was really friendly. Great location, close to everything. There's air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

Close to Piazza Navona and in a good spot, with very kind, helpful staff. The room cleanliness could be better, and the walls were a bit dirty and need some attention.
