A great place to stay. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the rooms were quiet with comfortable beds. The apartments are spacious, very clean, and well equipped. Breakfast was tasty, though there wasn’t much variety. The villa is a few minutes from the lake and a two-minute walk from Hotel Meeting, where you check in. Parking is mostly free around the property in the white-lined spaces, and it’s outside the ZTL.

We’d planned to stay two nights, but after one night in a dirty, moldy, smelly room we didn’t want to continue. We’d paid a high price expecting a decent room. The specific room we booked had already been given to someone else, so we ended up in this one. When I called about it, the manager shouted at me and got rude. That was enough for us. Breakfast was also very basic and disappointing. Save your money and holiday, and find somewhere better.

The refrigerator was broken, and they initially wouldn’t repair it or give us a different room. When I said at checkout that I’d pay less, the manager agreed to bring another refrigerator.

It’s a good room, but the bathroom and shower are far too small and awkward to be advertised as wheelchair accessible.

The manager shouted at us, “If you don’t want a moldy shower, you’re in the wrong hotel.”
