Massimo was so kind and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. Our apartment had plenty of space, was comfortable, and came with all the essentials. The location also worked really well for visiting Arezzo, Cortona, Lake Trasimeno, Gubbio, and the wider Umbria-Casentino area.

Massimo and his family were around, friendly, and very helpful. We also appreciated the gated private parking and strong Wi-Fi throughout the house. The place is spotless and very spacious, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a large living area. The bedrooms have air conditioning, and the kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook. In the living room, there’s a big-screen TV with satellite channels, plus a comfortable sofa to sit or stretch out on. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was there.

The owners were friendly and went out of their way to help. They’d even left coffee pods and breakfast supplies, which were a nice touch. The house is huge, spotless, and has everything you could need, including air conditioning in every room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. There’s satellite TV for downtime, and parking on site too. I could say more, but that’s plenty. Highly recommended.

We rented it for some friends and ended up spending most of our time there! 🤣🤣 There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioning, parking, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything from an espresso maker to an oven. The 50-inch TV has Netflix, too. Massimo even left a welcome breakfast kit for their first morning. Fantastic!
