B&B Il Marchese Del Grillo

Marta's hospitality made our two-night stay especially memorable. She personally showed us to the parking lot, got us settled, patiently explained everything, and was there at breakfast to make sure it all went smoothly. The breakfast itself was rich and tasty, served on a rooftop terrace with stunning views all around. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The B&B is a charming 14th-century building in the historic center, with the things you'd expect from a modern hotel, apart from an elevator. We'd love to come back.

We haven't had such a lovely stay in a long time. The room was gorgeous, the food was perfect, and the views took our breath away. It's a beautiful B&B, and the woman who runs it is just as lovely. We can't wait to return.

I only wish we'd booked more than two nights. We loved this B&B, one of our favorite stops on our yearly trip exploring different parts of Italy. Marta was accommodating, kind, and helpful, and her English is much better than my Italian. We had an early train, so she arranged a taxi and even served us breakfast before the usual hours, with all the usual options: bakery items, fresh fruit and yogurt, eggs made to order, coffee and cappuccino. It was all very well done. Check-in was easy, and the room was amazing, very clean and fresh with no damp, old-building smell. The shower was nice and hot. I can't wait to stay here again.
