We were 10 in the family, including three children, and the room setup worked really well for us. Each room had its own bathroom, and everything was comfortable and clean. The town center is close enough that we walked everywhere. There were baked treats, juice, and coffee each morning. Our hostess, who owns the place with her husband, was kind and accommodating: she met us there and showed us around. We'd happily stay again when visiting Sulmona.

I had a Smart Box and was told to email about availability. I sent two emails, but heard nothing until I called again ten days later. They said workers were coming and going from the apartment and they weren't sure whether the booking would be confirmed. Fine, but someone should have replied to my messages. Instead, they told me they don't read messages and people can call back anyway. Awful service. I had to give one star to publish this, but they don't deserve even that.

We had the suite for five nights in September 2025 and really liked having so much freedom during our stay. Franca was helpful and courteous, and the covered parking was a plus. The villa is also close to Sulmona's city center. A special hello to Tina, her dog, and the two sweet kittens playing in the garden. We'd be very happy to come back soon.

The beds were comfortable, with warm blankets, and the rooms were spacious. The location was convenient and we had everything we needed. The owner made us a delicious breakfast and suggested some interesting spots to see nearby. Recommended!
