The quiet countryside was a welcome break after a nerve-racking drive over Mt Cenis. We climbed back up to a nearby hilltop above Susa and were greeted by a very considerate hostess. Our room was a charming, rustic stone chamber with its own bathroom, and we slept wonderfully in the silence. Breakfast was self-serve, then we headed on. It’s a simple, peaceful place with plenty of charm if you’re fine being five minutes outside Susa. We were glad we stayed out of town while the local fiesta was on, since live music was pounding through several streets.

The Alps looked wonderful from here, and the staff were kind. Our dog was very happy in the big garden. The room was clean and nice.

We came here hoping to relax and take some excursions, and had a wonderful time. The owner was helpful and welcoming. It was peaceful, and my dog could roam around freely, which made the place perfect for us. Highly recommended!

We got in late, but the owner, who speaks French, greeted us warmly and let us order a meal to eat there. Breakfast was delicious and generous, and we got to try honey he makes himself as a beekeeper. I highly recommend the place.
