Part of the apartment’s charm is a piece of its past, with a section of wall dating to 100 AD. The host was a very friendly and helpful gentleman. The location worked brilliantly for getting around: the Colosseum is a 10-minute walk, the Roman ruins are less than five minutes away, and the Trevi Fountain and famous steps take around 20-25 minutes on foot. You can reach Vatican City by taking one bus. Just outside, turn left and there’s a square at the end of the road with some amazing restaurants. If I’m in Rome again, I’ll stay here.

Fredrico was so helpful, and even decorated the apartment for my partner’s birthday. We loved the location, with restaurants, shops and the Colosseum about a five-minute walk away. You can also see the Roman forum to the right of the apartment. It was a brilliant stay, and we’d happily come back in the near future.

There are Roman ruins at the end of the road, and the Colosseum, Palatine Hill and Roman Forum are all about a five-minute walk away. Nice local restaurants too. It’s a cosy, cute apartment in the heart of Rome, and the host was excellent. If history’s your thing, you’re in for a treat.

There’s plenty of room for 2-3 people, with a comfortable bed, and the apartment was well equipped and super clean. We were also close to the major sights and had loads of nice restaurants nearby. A fabulous place in a fantastic location.

Shops nearby for essentials, plus good bars and restaurants close by. The location is really central for all the must-see attractions. I’d recommend it.
