Hotel Napoleon Susa

Susa is an old town with plenty to explore, and the roads around it are fantastic for motorcycling, with incredible scenery. The hotel is very welcoming to bikers and cyclists and has superb facilities. A great base for touring the area. I'll be glad to stay here again, you won't be disappointed :-)

A short walk from the hotel takes you to Susa's historic centre, which is a real plus for visiting the city. It's right in the heart of town, with underground parking available, or you can leave your car in the nearby piazza d’armi and walk a few minutes. The bike theme is clear as soon as you enter, with some nice two-wheelers in the lounge. The interiors have been recently renovated. My room was clean and stylish, and the price was reasonable. Breakfast had a generous spread, including plenty of typical Italian treats. Highly recommended.

They even sent some things I'd left behind through to the UK for free, which is why I gave five stars. The staff were very helpful. The hotel has a great garage for bikes, with hangers for riding gear, and a motorcycle theme throughout. There were two spanking new Huskvarna Vitpilens in the lobby, nice. The rooms have been refurbished in the last two years and are modern, with comfortable beds. The lift came in handy with heavy bags after a day thrashing around the Alps. There's a hotel bar, and breakfast is continental. Great place for bikers. I don't often give five stars, though four felt nailed on.

It's in the centre, close to some nice restaurants and bars. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. Really nice to find a place that's friendly to motorcyclists without any bias.
