Stefano looked after us really well, friendly and attentive, and always ready with good recommendations. My partner and I stayed for a short sightseeing trip, and the hotel is perfectly placed near the main tourist street, with supermarkets and free parking nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. The AC was powerful, which we really appreciated during the summer heatwave. Breakfast was very complete, with a good range of bread, cheese, fruit, juices, local cold cuts, and really good coffee. Recommended!

I showed up without a booking after an unexpected hospital visit, and they had a room for me. I paid €72 for the night, breakfast included, though that might have been an off-season price. Google showed €109 through third-party sites, so I'd recommend booking directly with the hotel for its best offers. The room was great, the location was perfect for me, and the staff were very friendly. Italian beds are generally too hard for me, but otherwise it was a perfect stay.

We arrived around 9pm on our touring holiday, needing a room for one night. Hotels.com showed nothing available in the area, but Hotel Susa looked open, and luckily it was. Reception spoke good English, which was a bonus since we speak reasonable French but no Italian, and they had a room free. The room was spacious, with a huge bed, maybe super king size, and a shower powerful enough to double as a pressure washer! Breakfast was included, plentiful, and had lots of choice. Even though the hotel is on the main road through town, we couldn't hear the traffic in the room. I can only go by what others said about the mountain views, as clouds covered them while we were there. Highly recommended.

Friendly owners, good location and price, great motorcycle parking, and a nice breakfast. The beds, though, are hard and NOT comfortable. In room 204, you might hit your head on the wall in front of you while using the toilet. The biggest drawback was the noise. I could hear the road and sound carried poorly from other rooms. I was woken up at 1 and 3am.
