Breakfast is self-serve and there was plenty, and the lobby has some interesting reading about Suzzara. I was in town because I needed an operation, and owner Gian Battista and the staff made sure my wife and I were comfortable during the 4 days we needed the room. The service was very good and the room was large and comfortable. A great stay, even if necessity brought me there.

The mattress was soft and comfortable, breakfast had a bit of everything, and the heating worked well. The location is convenient, right in front of the main square. Still, after looking around enough, I’d say it’s okay rather than the best, and there’s not much attention to detail. My room was 107. The duvet had holes in the corners and feathers ended up all over the room. It wasn’t very clean, honestly, and there was quite a lot of hair in the sheets. The hair dryer only blew cold air even after I ran it for 15 minutes, so I dried my hair under the air conditioner, which also acted up now and then. The sink was mounted crooked, and the door numbers didn’t match the key numbers, both things I’ve never seen before. I gave it 3 stars because I’m kind. For that price I honestly wouldn’t return, since you can find much better places for the same money, even if they aren’t right by the main square.
