The rooms are very basic, with dated 1990s furniture, and you can hear the incredibly loud live music from the bar right below. Good luck sleeping. It’s also not really a “b&b” when there’s no breakfast. The place is clean and very central, but incredibly overpriced for what you get. I’d look further from the main strip.

The host was great and served a full breakfast, and the rooms were clean. You’re right in the center of Taormina’s old town. The restaurant next door was the downside, though over our four nights it only kept the music going past midnight once.

June 2024. Awful, run away. The owner is an antisemite. We booked five nights but left after two and moved to another hotel. They’d already changed our room because the windows wouldn’t open and there was no cold water. The room was tiny and dark, nowhere near the “luxury” they claim. In the second room, the shower had only scalding hot water, with no cold water to make it warm. When we called, Giovanni, the “host”, answered with extreme nastiness: “you can stay or you can go”. The air conditioner had also been dripping all night without us knowing, leaving a huge puddle by the door and the sheetrock under it soaking wet. Don’t believe the wonderful reviews. It’s NOT a B&B either, there’s no breakfast. I wouldn’t let my dog stay with that awful owner.

The rooms are fine, but it was really hard to get in touch with anyone when we arrived. They gave us three numbers, and only one replied on WhatsApp. We had to keep asking for daily cleaning and a breakfast voucher, which let us get a small breakfast at a nearby bar. It feels more like a B&B than a B&B.
