Our host was welcoming, kind, and attentive, and made us feel at home. You can see how much care and passion goes into making sure guests have a good stay. The spacious room was spotless and tastefully decorated, with a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious, varied, and thoughtfully prepared, a lovely start to the day. Everything exceeded our expectations. We’d gladly return and definitely recommend it.

We had a lovely, relaxing time in the sauna and bath tub, and I highly recommend using the jacuzzi. The apartment was spacious, the staff helpful, and it was great value for money. There was also a wonderful view of Etna from the balconies.

The family running this B&B were lovely, and it was very well managed. My room was private, quiet, comfortable, very clean, and nicely decorated. Breakfast was amazing, with good homemade food and a view of Etna.

The room was basic, though at least clean. I wasn’t happy with the quality of the towels and linen, and the mattress wasn’t very comfortable. In November there was no thick blanket, and apparently they use the air conditioning for heat. The walls were so thin that we heard the neighbors’ two kids crying and screaming all night, then their mother shouting in the morning. Not very pleasant. I also find it highly unprofessional to photograph guests’ IDs and send them on WhatsApp for further use.

The people were very nice, and breakfast in the morning was huge. The rooms were large, and there was a shared kitchen available if we wanted to use it. I booked on the spur of the moment, and it turned out to be a very good decision.
