B&B Tommaso Fazzello

The property itself is nice and very well located, but our two nights here were a terrible experience. There were five of us and we had the whole place, yet cockroaches kept appearing. We spent the evening before going out and the night after we got back killing them. Blocking the bathroom openings didn’t help either. We told the owner after using up the only can of insecticide, which was also meant for flies and mosquitoes, but he just blamed the city and took no responsibility. Maybe the city was at fault, but finding more than 20 cockroaches inside a property we’d paid for in full isn’t normal. The last one even came out of the croissant bag at breakfast that morning. The owner never apologized for ruining our vacation, and we received no compensation for the trouble. The building isn’t bad, but I strongly advise against staying here unless you want the same experience.

Gabriele was such a kind, friendly, and welcoming host. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety, and the rooms were comfortable and fully equipped. The B&B is just a few steps from Taormina’s main street. We’d definitely stay here again if we return to Taormina.

The owner was so kind and helpful, and our room was lovely, with a little terrace. It’s just steps from the center, and the place is clean, well looked after, and really worth mentioning. I recommend it.

Gabriele manages this small property superbly. The rooms are equipped with every comfort, and everything was impeccably clean. Highly recommended.
