B&B Villa Giorgia

The quiet, peaceful setting and magnificent view of Mount Etna from the terrace made it a relaxing place to return to after a day out. The location is perfect, with a short walk to the busy main streets, shops, and many sights. Breakfast treats were marvelous, and Pina offered several options and made sure guests were satisfied and ready for the day. As a solo traveler, I especially appreciated how she treated guests like welcome family and shared helpful recommendations for enjoying the city. Pina Raneri's gracious Sicilian hospitality, artistic touch, warmth, and kindness came through in every interaction and in the beautiful details around the property. The traditional linens and fresh flowers, changed and presented with care each day, showed the work and love behind the place. It felt like staying in a cherished home, and was a unique experience I'll never forget. I'm fortunate that my first visit to Sicily and Taormina began at Villa Georgia. I loved every part of it.

Pina made us feel so welcome and couldn't do enough for us in her beautiful home. We were treated like royalty at Villa Giorgia. It was a wonderful, authentic Sicilian experience.

We felt welcome from the first minute, thanks to Pina's hospitality, which was beyond what we expected. The rooms are beautiful, and the location is quiet but close to the city center. Breakfast was good, and the balcony with its Etna view was amazing. We couldn't ask for more from our stay in Taormina.

Pina is a lovely host who went above and beyond. She knows the local history and is very accommodating, even spraying us with mosquito repellent when we arrived. The house has a homely feel, and the rooms reflect her history and personality. Vanessa made lovely breakfasts on the terrace, with splendid views of Mt Etna. The locally grown food was delicious, especially the marmalade and pesto. The location suits the driving in Taormina, but take care on the narrow roads and in the parking areas.
