Massimo was great before we arrived and arranged a boat tour for us one morning, even though it was a bit off season. Paradisea works perfectly for an independent, casual stay, though it isn't a full service hotel. Our room was more like a small apartment, comfortable and with a lovely view from the patio. If you want to stay down by the water, the location is hard to beat: it's halfway down the steps from the coastal road to the beach at Isola Bella, perhaps Taormina's best swimming spot. The cable car's lower station is close, and the steps up to Belvedere Vista Point are just across the street. Taormina has plenty of options up in town or by the water, so the best location depends on what you prefer. We give it 5/5.

Massimo was a fantastic host and helped us with all sorts of plans. He arranged a boat trip and connected us with a guide for Mount Etna and a wine tasting, and was there whenever we needed him. We stayed at paradiSea at the end of June after I mistakenly arrived a day early, and he managed to fit us in. Isabella Beach is just steps away, with a short walk to the cable car up to town. The location was exactly what we wanted. We loved using the hot tub each night, though we ended up calling it the cold tub. The restaurants right above were amazing, as were the grocery store and coffee place. We'd highly recommend it to anyone staying in taormina who wants a reasonable price.

Massimo was quick to reply, easy to approach, and enthusiastic, with answers and suggestions whenever we needed them. This is a lovely spot with a cozy home feel and one of the best seafront views around. It's a good base for trips in and around Taormina, though you'll probably spend most of your time outside enjoying the sun and the direct sea and beach view. There's room for all kinds of activities, and eating outside feels like a must because of the view. The apartment isn't large, but it's cozy and uncluttered, so it's easy to get organized and find things. It has everything you need and more, including a washing machine, working AC, and hot water on demand. Great for a couple or 2+1.

We spent most of our time in the comfortable outdoor space, with that gorgeous view of Isola Bella. The terrace view at Paradisea 2 is sublime, especially at sunrise. The apartment was clean, modern, and well equipped, including a washing machine and dishwasher. Massimo was easy to communicate with beforehand and gave helpful tips on local food and things to do. Welcome drinks were a nice touch. There's convenient parking, and the beach, great restaurants, and cable car up to Taormina are all an easy walk away. The area is lovely for snorkelling and other water activities. A cozy, relaxing stay.

The local fruit was so good that we told Massimo, and he came back the next day with more. Such a helpful host! Great view and AMAZIMG aircon. Loved our stay, perfect perfect perfect!
