I booked a room for one night, then heard from them three days later. They said they'd cancelled my reservation because another booking had come in for a much longer stay. Organization and professionalism were at zero.

The photos give a very misleading impression. My room was dated and in poor condition, and although the property is presented as a B&B, service and cleanliness were both zero. The bathroom didn't have basic supplies, so I had to bring soap, shower gel, and the rest myself. During my six-night stay, the sheets were never changed. I wouldn't recommend it.

There are some good things here: people are courteous and willing to help. But hospitality can't be run by just improvising. The prices feel too high for what's provided, and the breakfast needs a rethink for a B&B. There's a lot that still needs work.

A fair room price and a very clean room made the Dolce Luna B&B a good find. It had Wi-Fi, a TV, and, most importantly, air conditioning that actually worked. Breakfast was the letdown. I expected a bit more.

The room was clean and comfortable, but during our weeklong stay, the sheets were never changed. Also, nobody mentioned the camera in the kitchen when we booked or when we paid. I only found out after I asked.
