A warm, welcoming place, and lovely, clean and tidy too. Antonellina, the service assistant, was great. She sorted out our coffee machine problem in no time.

From the owner's welcome right through the stay, everything was perfect. We'll be back!

The rooms are new, clean, and well kept, and the B&B is right in the center. But it was a bit cold, especially in the bathroom. The heated towel rail wasn't working because of a boiler fault, while the room's hot air conditioner only warmed that part of the room. They only told me about the issue after I'd paid, not when I arrived. Oh well. These cold days weren't the best for that.

It's easy to get around from here. The station is well connected, all the main bus lines stop right across the street, and the city center is perfect for exploring on foot. Supermarkets, grocery stores, and all kinds of shops are close by. The B&B itself is clean, welcoming, and has a distinctive, intoxicating scent. The box spring beds could definitely be improved, though.
