The owner made us feel so welcome and was kind and very helpful. The room was cozy and clean, and the area was quiet but had plenty of shops. A great B&B. I’ll definitely come back.

We got to Taranto at about 6 PM with no booking. After calling the owner, Mr. Piero, we had a room by 6:45. I really appreciated his quick response and kindness. The room was comfortable and very clean, with free Wi-Fi, and the water was wonderfully cold.

The city itself didn’t really win us over, but the stay had plenty going for it. There are free parking spaces out front, though you may need to look around since it’s in the center. I also liked the clothing shop downstairs, and the people at the bar across the street were lovely. The B&B gentleman was exceptionally kind and helpful. Our large, lovely room had a little table, a big balcony, air conditioning, and a TV. There was a fridge in the hallway stocked with cold water, and he left menus for nearby pizza and sandwich places that deliver. Breakfast at the bar downstairs was paid for. There wasn’t a bidet, unfortunately, but he took the issue seriously and installed a handheld shower a few days later.

Spotless, smells lovely, and the staff are friendly. The location is really handy, right by the bus stop. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
