Be aware that there is a camera in the apartment, at least one that we saw, and this wasn't mentioned until we were inside. The apartment is old, in an old building, and had a strange smell from the drains. The beds squeaked, and the breakfast was just for show in the photos. The owner was the worst part. He called and kept bothering us for days beforehand, first about documents and then repeatedly asking what time we'd arrive. That can be hard to predict when you're on the road, but he wouldn't let it go. He wanted too many details about the travelers and sent dozens of unnecessary messages, so I had to mute him. Guests shouldn't be put under that much pressure.

The owner was so nice, and the place is central and well equipped. I'd definitely recommend it.

We had all of Casa Principe to ourselves, and it was clean, well cared for, and had everything we needed. Giulio, our host, left us complimentary pods of excellent coffee and helped throughout the stay, suggesting places to visit, beaches, and more. Thanks so much, highly recommended.

The location is central, but the accommodation left a lot to be desired. The beds were uncomfortable, the hair dryer felt like a toy, and there was a constant stale, moldy smell. A dog barked all the time, and at night there was banging on the walls from somewhere unknown. Huh? The worst part was our final night, when we spent almost the whole night awake because of screams and shouting coming from the stairs. When I brought it up, I was told, “What can I do?” There was no apology or compensation for a sleepless, frightening night. Guests should be warned about possible nighttime disturbances. That's no way to treat customers.

The host was courteous and gave us recommendations for local sights, restaurants, and beaches. The apartment is independent, on the first floor, and right in the city center, with amenities all around. It was clean and well maintained. We'll definitely come back, thank you.
