The location was convenient, and the property was cared for and clean. I hosted my cousins from Rome there for a long weekend, and they were completely satisfied and pleasantly surprised. Thanks for the hospitality and for making their time in Taranto a success!
We had trouble sleeping because traffic noise came through the closed window in our first-floor room. The air conditioning was hard to adjust and blew straight onto the bed. Cleanliness was poor too, with mold on the shower tiles.
They'd just finished a lovely restyling a few days ago, and what a nice surprise. I've been here before, but now the place looks beautiful and brand new. Congratulations!
In a beautiful historic building right in the center, the place is welcoming and nicely furnished. Highly recommended.
The biggest problem was the state of the room: the floors weren't clean enough, the door handle was broken and only worked from outside, and there was a leak under the toilet. Worst of all, the sheets had urine stains, so we had to sleep with towels on the bed. With breakfast not included, the price felt excessive. The cleaning lady was kind and welcoming once we got inside, but getting there was a mess. We rang the property's downstairs intercom after calling to say we were on our way, and nobody answered. When we called again, the lady's phone was off. After about 15 minutes she called back and asked us to wait. We then waited an hour at a bar, and at 11:30 she rang to say the room was ready. Not an experience I'd repeat.
