Suite Natura Bed&Beauty SPA

The apartment is thoughtfully designed and well kept, with excellent amenities, but it misses a lot of useful little touches and that made the stay less comfortable. The bathroom looks great and is nicely finished, yet the soap dispenser held water. At night, a smell came from the pipes. The whirlpool tub was there, but there were no bath salts or bubble bath; to get any, you'd have to use the shower's wall dispenser, which clearly can't be removed. The shower was the biggest problem. Its pressure wouldn't start the boiler, so hot water only came if I also turned on the sink. I told them the next day and was told it had been checked and worked. I'd already spent about 40-45 minutes trying every position of the shower handle, centimeter by centimeter. The water got only a little warm, then went cold right away. The bedroom itself is pleasant, with a large TV in a good spot. The headboard lights shown in the photos didn't work, which was a shame. There's a lot to like, but the details matter. It's on the third floor with no elevator, and the stairs are high and narrow, so take care with large suitcases.

We booked this suite for a romantic night, and they had decorated the room for the occasion. It was spotless and had everything we needed for a lovely evening. There's air conditioning, a TV, a hot tub, and a lovely sauna. A beautiful suite, and a good choice if you need a room for the night or want a romantic evening like we did.

I stayed here a while back for my girlfriend's birthday and paid a small extra charge for the birthday setup shown in the pictures. It was fantastic 🤩 The relaxation area was top-notch. I'd recommend staying here.

Everything was impeccable, and the suite exceeded our expectations. The spa area has an exceptional hot tub and sauna, and the rest of the apartment is just as well equipped. The location is right in the center, and the host was very kind and helpful.
