Massimo was the most thoughtful and professional host and owner we’ve met on our travels, and nothing seemed too much trouble. The apartment is in a building over 1,000 years old, with amazing history and atmosphere. After nearly two weeks in Italy, it’s easily the best place we’ve stayed. The rates are very competitive for such a five-star gem.

We only stayed one night, but loved the place. The restored historic setting has spacious, comfortable quarters and a well-equipped kitchen. It’s inside an ancient walled city with plenty of great restaurants and sights.

The place is lovely, clean, and well cared for, right in the center. You can see the whole city on foot: the Etruscan Museum is 300 meters away and the necropolis about 600 meters away. There’s convenient paid parking at the west entrance facing the sea, for 3 euros a day.

We spent Christmas 2018 here, and everything was just right, from the welcome through to breakfast. The place has class, elegance, and beauty, and the owner was so kind and attentive. We’ll have to come back. Thank you!

There are two separate rooms, which worked well for traveling with someone else, and the place was spotless. The decor and location were lovely, and they leave breakfast items, drinks, and more. One of the best places I’ve stayed in, with parking nearby. Really nice, don’t hesitate.
