The beach access and restaurant were both really nice, and the rooms were clean. Pool hours were a little odd: it closed at 1 pm, reopened around 3, then shut at 6:30 pm. The area is pleasant, though many restaurants and taxi services only speak Italian. Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the mobile signal was weak too. We ran short on soap and shampoo for our family of four, but the front desk refused to give us more, so bring your own.

We had a wonderful stay, and the grounds were especially lovely, lush and beautifully kept. The owner and staff were welcoming and professional. There are pools, a sandy beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, plus a dog area with its own sunbeds and umbrellas. We also really enjoyed the restaurant food and the bar snacks and drinks. Highly recommend it!

The internet was terrible, and the rooms could use some renovation. We expected a three-star hotel, though, so we weren't expecting perfection. What stood out was the service. Our room was cleaned every morning, staff helped cheerfully with all our little requests, and the breakfast table was always well stocked. The pool was great, and the beach was only a minute's walk away. We and the kids loved both. It was a fantastic four-day seaside break after Rome, and I'd recommend it to families with young children.

For 480 euros with breakfast, this stay was absolutely not worth it. The breakfast was mostly sweet rolls, plus a few slices of three kinds of sausage, one plate of a single cheese for the whole hotel, some yogurt and cereal. No scrambled eggs, bacon or vegetables. If you don't like sugar in the morning, you're left with a dry roll. Coffee wasn't readily available either, you had to order it separately, and there wasn't even a regular coffee machine. It was a terrible start to the day. The rooms were old and run-down, with no character. The beautiful orchard and the beach nearby were the only positives, but I was so shocked by the stay that I didn't even go to the beach. Booking.com showed everything as booked, while breakfast and the beach were empty, which didn't surprise me. I would have paid at most 100 euros for two nights, and only because of the orchard and nearby beach. They don't invest in anything; the online photos show beautiful nature, and that's all. An elderly woman from Rome was shocked when she heard what we paid. She said it was very expensive for those conditions, and she was right. I don't recommend this place at all. It's a waste of money and nerves.
