We stayed six nights in summer 2025 and were extremely disappointed. The villa was hugely underwhelming, and we felt like second-class guests the whole time. It seemed to be used mainly for drivers and security staff of guests staying in Como, which added to the feeling that we weren’t valued as full guests. We strongly recommend staying at the main hotel or choosing somewhere else entirely. This villa simply isn’t worth it. Most concerning, we found a bed bug, saw it ourselves, and had multiple bites. The hotel denied there was an issue and took no meaningful action. It was an incredibly disappointing stay, and we’ll never return.

Everything about our stay felt perfect for our family of four. The scenery was beautiful, the rooms were large, and the staff were welcoming. The restaurant at the main hotel was very good, with excellent, friendly staff. We didn’t have a car, so we walked about 20 minutes along a gravel road to the main hotel. It was an easy, beautiful walk. The main hotel can also arrange a taxi or car service for the trip, but it needs to be booked in advance.

They kindly welcomed us with a bottle of local wine. The property sits in total seclusion atop a hill, with gorgeous views of vineyards and olive trees rolling over the hills. There are lots of places to sit outside, including free benches, gazebos, and deck chairs, perfect for relaxing. It really is a little corner of paradise.

A scenic, lovely property with a good-sized, clean pool, though it isn’t heated. Getting around is tricky, so I strongly recommend having a car. Taxis are hard to find, and the nearby town is a few kilometers away but difficult to reach on foot.

Just beautiful, a picture-perfect and idyllic resort that feels like everything you imagine Tuscany to be. The staff are pleasant and helpful. I’ve included several photos of the resort, one of the accommodation barns, and the pool. The rest show nearby villages.
