For our family of eight, ages 25 to 89, the week at Villa Fillinelle felt seamless, and Mateo, Giuseppe, Rosanna and the rest of the team made us feel at home. At our request, they arranged transport for everyone from the airport and train stations, as well as excursions, and provided nearly all our meals. The food was incredible, and the recommended excursions were top notch. The villa and pool are beautiful, peaceful places to unwind. If you can arrange it, definitely go truffle hunting and have lunch. We loved the villa and hosts, and highly recommend Villa Fillinelle.

The owners, Giuseppe and Rosanna, and their children, especially Matteo, were so accommodating and took care of everything we needed. We were happy to have found Villa Fillinelle, which made our Italy trip special. The rooms are wonderful, and it's ideally located in the heart of the Chianti region. Florence and several beautiful historic villages are an easy drive away. Back at the villa, a swim followed by wine and hors d'oeuvres was a lovely way to end the day. One evening, dinner by candlelight with delicious food and local wine beneath a 400 year old tree gave us a taste of what a stay here is like. Five stars from us!

Swimming at sunset among the olive trees felt like a movie scene, and the property itself is stunning. The highlight of our Europe trip was staying at Villa Fillinelle. Our hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, and made us feel like family. Every meal was delicious. I have a gluten allergy, and they impressed me with their food and willingness to accommodate my needs. If you want a relaxing, luxurious place to unwind and enjoy Italian hospitality, I can't recommend it enough.

The property and accommodations are so picturesque, it felt like a once in a lifetime stay. Breakfast had lots of fruit, delicious meats and cheeses, and the dinners offered plenty of choices. Every pasta was 10/10, better than restaurant meals. Matteo's wine and restaurant recommendations were great, too. Rosanna, Matteo and Giuseppe showed us amazing, gracious hospitality. You won't regret staying at Villa Fillinelle!

The villa has a lot of history and gives you that true Tuscany experience, with a magnificent property and hosts who are second to none. Let them cook dinner at the house. The meals were better than every restaurant we tried in Florence, Siena, and the nearby small towns. They can also connect you with day trips for wineries, balsamic, and olive oil. You don't need to travel far for a great Tuscany experience. I can't imagine being disappointed with a stay here.
