The viewing itself went well. Francesca was pleasant, showed us around the property, and explained how everything was set up. I first considered having my wedding here, but when we started discussing prices, I had to deal directly with the owners, and the experience changed completely. Their communication felt careless and dismissive, and they were extremely rude. Near the end of 2025, with our wedding planned for June, I asked for one more call so I could clear up details and move ahead with booking the venue. They said we'd already had a first call when I initially got in touch, they wouldn't arrange another, and the villa was closed in March or April. That effectively meant I was expected to wait until March, just three months before the wedding, to ask questions and finalize things. Who waits until three months before their wedding to secure a venue? The attitude came across as “we don't care.” They don't seem genuinely open for business, and if they aren't interested in hosting events professionally, I think the listing should be removed so other couples don't waste their time.
