Residence degli Oleandri

The outdoor shower in the garden was handy, and the apartments were spacious, airy, and clean. It's a nice place, although the photos show the main residence and we were actually in a nearby multi-room apartment. The lovely sea makes up for a lot, and overall the stay was decent. There were some real maintenance issues inside. The kitchen area was in poor shape, with two of the four burners rusted and not working. The fridge seemed to be from the 1980s and only worked on alternate settings, and the room walls had been painted badly. The parking area was small, unlikely to fit all four apartments. Sharing one washing machine among those apartments was awkward, though manageable. The owner had promised a TV in the room, but there wasn't one. I'd suggest bringing a fan. It's windy at night, but if the wind dies down, it can be a problem.
