We were welcomed with rare warmth and kindness, and got helpful tips about events, places, and beaches to visit. The service was excellent and everything was impeccably clean. The three-room apartment was wonderful, with a garden, all the comforts, and tasteful furnishings. We could bring our dog, which was essential for us, and the biscuits and wine left as a welcome gift made us feel at home. This will definitely be our “home” whenever we return to Salento.

The owners are so kind and helpful that this has become our home whenever we visit Salento. Everything was top-notch, as other reviews have already said. It may not suit anyone who wants everything right on the doorstep, but we like the peace and quiet here and leave the hectic pace to city life. Services and beaches are still only a few minutes away. The area of Marina di Mancaversa could use better upkeep, but the residence itself is clean and well maintained. The rooms and kitchens are new and clean, and the service from the two young, brilliant owners was excellent. It's a few kilometers from Gallipoli and the Salento beaches, and sits between Santa Maria di Leuca, about 35 minutes by car, Porto Cesareo, 45 minutes, and Lecce, 50 minutes. Congratulations!

We were left scrambling after another B&B mishandled our booking, but a call here at 2 PM got us a room by 4. It was great value, very clean, and had everything from dishes to air conditioning, plus a shared washer. The owner was lovely. The location worked well for us too: the sea is 1.5 km away, and some of the coast's best beaches are only 15-20 minutes away. I really don't get why some people call the location disappointing. Very happy with our stay. Five stars!
