Mrs Lina is so gentle and friendly. The hotel is very close to the beach, has private parking, and the rooms are super clean.

A warm welcome and secure free parking, plus an easy walk to the beach, shops, and pharmacy. The price is reasonable, and the hotel has everything you need: air conditioning, a shower, TV, a good bed, and very clean rooms. Breakfast is light, with Italian cappuccino 😁👍 One small note, the door key 🔑 is basic, but it's a family hotel that feels very secure and has security cameras. 👍

There's plenty to choose from at breakfast, and it was good. The place itself is clean, comfortable, and nice. I'd recommend it, and I'd book here again.

The location worked perfectly, only a five-minute walk to the sea. I felt looked after and at home throughout my fantastic stay. The room had good amenities and a modern bathroom, and breakfast was excellent, especially the fresh homemade cakes from the owner. Highly recommend!

Mrs. Lina and her staff are warm, genuine people, and they give the hotel a real family feel. I especially recommend it if you're after peace and quiet and a bit of discretion. The price for what you get is unbeatable. Staying here felt like a dream, with a kind of hospitality that brings to mind the Italy of the past, still alive in a few corners of our wonderful Salento. (P.S. A big hug from Desenzano)
