The apartment is very spacious, with a refrigerator and microwave, which you don't often find in B&Bs. The furnishings look a little dated, but everything works. There's a stained mirror, and the windows take some effort to open. The new bathroom is roomy and attractive, though watch out for the step. The welcome was excellent, and I had a great time. Casa Lisa is close to Santa Maria Novella station, with buses and trams nearby that can get you almost anywhere. You'll need three keys to enter.
