The owner is a kind woman, and the place was clean and tidy during my two-night stay. What I didn't like was finding my room tidied while I was out on the second morning. There's no elevator either. Otherwise, it's a good place ❤️

There was plenty of room, and the bathroom was lovely and clean. Breakfast was very basic, but I only stayed one night and was pleased with the stay. Just be aware there's no luggage room, so you'll need to book storage. There are lots of options near the SMN train station.

The people here were excellent, and everyone was really friendly. We enjoyed our stay, especially the included breakfast. The bed wasn't very comfortable, though, and the shower flow was a bit weak.

We found some nice shops right next door where we could buy water. The location just south of the Arno was great, and it was easy to walk to and from. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly.

The rooms are really beautiful, and the staff were so kind. Breakfast was simple but good. It feels like home here!
