Floren Hotel

The hotel is very well cared for and seems quite new, with marble and luxury wood giving it plenty of upscale touches. From arrival, the bell staff and front desk greeted us warmly, and the concierge came through with last-minute restaurant reservations. Claudia deserves special credit for making our visit memorable and smooth. Breakfast was incredible, with both a buffet and hot dishes to choose from, plus lots of healthy options. I only missed having a gym and sauna on site, but that didn’t change my overall impression. My stay at Floren was superb.

The location is the one thing I liked. We booked for our honeymoon based on the reviews, and it was my first time in Florance. For the first night they put us in the smallest room, where we could barely move. They did switch us the next day, which was a nice gesture, but the experience was still bad. The service and treatment were poor, especially when we asked for a late checkout. What I paid for three nights didn’t match the service we received. I’ve had much better treatment at other hotels, and in my view this deserves 3 stars at most. I don’t see it as a 5-star hotel for rooms, service, lobby, or facilities. Don’t trust the positive reviews.

The restaurant food was amazing, and the included breakfast was a plus. Staff gave us excellent service and were really helpful. The hotel is beautiful and well placed, near the train station and within walking distance of many landmarks. Loved it, and I’ll definitely come back.

The staff were so warm and kind, like everyone in town, and the hotel felt very safe. It’s cozy and very nice, with a perfect location close to the station and everything we wanted to see. The sights, shops, and restaurants are all nearby. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next Florence visit ❤️❤️❤️
