Flom Boutique Hotel

The staff really made this stay for us. They patiently answered all our questions about places to visit, food, and airport transfers, and the young man with short curly black hair was especially helpful at check-in and during the trip. We were even given a bottle of Prosecco, a lovely gesture. We were in Florence for my wife's sister's big birthday, on a surprise trip she had booked. The room was clean and had what we needed, and breakfast had plenty of tasty choices. The hotel is very well placed by the station, with nearly everything easy to reach on foot. A lovely hotel for a short visit.

The only disturbance was a bit of noise from the air conditioning. Apart from that, the room was comfortable, beautifully kept, and everything was spotlessly clean. We also got a complimentary bottle of wine for New Year’s, which was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast had a great range, and the staff were kind and welcoming throughout our stay.

We could leave our bags after checkout, which let us make the most of our last day in Florence. That kind of help really matters. The staff were friendly, efficient, and very helpful, and breakfast was fantastic and included. Our family of five had a clean, beautifully appointed room. The location is close to the station, with a short, easy walk to the San Lorenzo markets, the Cathedral, and the Accademia Gallery. We only wish we’d had longer. If we come back, we’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The staff were lovely and helpful, especially gabela, Cheslley and pietro. One of the managers, whose name I can't recall, also helped me extend my stay. I’d come back when I’m in Florence. The room was clean, comfortable, and nice, with the best bed I’d slept in during more than 45 days of travel. The shower had perfect pressure and temperature. It was quiet despite being close to most things, and the breakfast was top notch.
