A big thank you to the staff for being so caring and helpful. They were always ready with information and stayed in touch, which I really appreciated. The rooms are simple, with slightly old-fashioned furniture, but everything was clean, worked perfectly, and had what I needed. The location was great too. My one small suggestion would be to clean the air conditioner. A very pleasant stay.

The view over Florence from the top floor was amazing. Staff were kind and helpful, the room was clean, and they provided extra items at no charge. Such a gem, I’d definitely recommend it.

The room felt cozy and comfortable, and the view was breathtaking. Andrea was always there when we needed anything and was so kind throughout. We had a wonderful stay, with everything we could have wanted. Highly recommend ❤️

The room’s terrace and the view from it were hard to beat. Andrea was incredibly helpful and courteous, and we found the place excellent in every way compared with the other seven cities and hotels on our trip. There were two large bottles of water, snacks, and coffee waiting for us. It’s close to both the train station and the Duomo. I’d happily stay again and recommend it.

We were really happy once we got to our room, and the view is hard to beat for the price. Getting into the property was tricky at first, and the lift is tiny, though that seems common for this kind of accommodation. The bathroom could use an update, and its automatic light made it hard to avoid waking the others. Those were small issues for us. We loved our stay and would come back for the price and location.
