The owner was completely unaccommodating and even aggressive. Our room wasn’t ready, so we checked in almost three hours after the scheduled time, and when we were leaving, we weren’t allowed to keep our luggage in the apartment for the two hours that would have suited us. The bathroom also had an unbearable drain smell, and there was no shower gel or shampoo. The room’s decor was very questionable. The location is fairly decent, about a half-hour walk from the city center. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for anything else.

It’s a small apartment in a private home, entered through the host family’s own space, so the stay has a bit of a staying-with-friends feel. The place was comfortable and had all the essentials. Campo di Marte station is just a six-minute walk away, with quick connections to the city center.

The location worked very well for both the city center and the Nelson Mandera Forum. Our room was large and very clean, and the owners were friendly.

For the price, this is a great place. The host was friendly, and the room was spacious and clean. You can use the kitchen too. 👍🏻

A clean, simple place to stay in Florence, with the city center easy to reach on foot.
