B&B Lorenzo&Lorenzo Vol.2

There are nice shared spaces, and the rooms are pleasant. They also leave out snacks, coffee, tea, and sodas, which was a nice touch. The hosts were super friendly and gave us great tips for Florence. Breakfast was very nice, and although they offer a place to dine, we didn't try it. The neighborhood is lovely to walk around and explore. Room 6 gets street noise until around midnight, then it’s quiet until about 7 AM. Having one bathroom for the first floor felt a bit tight, though they said they planned to add another later that year. I’d definitely recommend it :)

The room was cute but really snug, and worked fine for our couple of nights in Florence. You can walk to everything, and there’s handy private parking if you’re willing to pay extra.

We were on the street side, so people eating and drinking outside made it noisy at night. Those restaurants are great, though, especially the one on the left as you look out from the apartment. Both Lorenzos were friendly and helpful, and there’s lots to look at in the cozy decor. The place was clean, and breakfast was good, with fruit, cake, bread, ham, cheese, cornflakes, coffee, and tea. Our shared bathroom was clean, but its small window wasn’t opened by every guest after showering. Lorenzo said they planned to add another bathroom, so that may not be an issue later.

The whole place has a relaxed, homely feel, so sharing a bathroom worked out better than we expected. Breakfast was awesome, and coffee and tea are free. You can also rent a bike for the day for 10 euro. For what we paid, we got far more than we expected.
