B&B Le Bumbarelle

Breakfast was generous and delicious, and our hostess was so kind and helpful. The garden had a spot for every mood, from sofas and tables to a hammock or a stretch of perfectly trimmed grass. It was all wonderfully peaceful, with incredible views of the hills. The historic furniture and original old pieces made the house feel like an open-air museum, in the best way. I’ve stayed in plenty of places over the years, but this was the most beautiful place I’ve ever slept in. We’ll definitely return.

We loved unwinding outside, looking out over the hills and paddocks. The upstairs apartment was spacious, with a lovely bedroom and bathroom, and the farmhouse has been renovated with real taste. Each morning our kind host made a fresh breakfast with different choices, using fresh and sometimes local produce. This was one of our loveliest, most charming and relaxing stays during a whole year of travelling in Italy. We’d recommend it 1000%.

The host made the stay feel special with thoughtful, understated hospitality and home cooking. The farmhouse sits above a lush valley, and the quiet grounds are a lovely place to relax. Its rural interiors are beautifully designed, and the silence is almost hypnotic. I’d make it a destination at least once.

My husband and I had such a lovely three days at this B&B. It was quiet and really relaxing, and both the room and garden were beautiful. The owner was very nice too. We wished we could have stayed longer!
