We spent our mornings having coffee in the entirely wooden kitchen, and took nearby walks where we spotted plenty of horses, cows, and sheep. We also made friends with Boli, the little amici dog, and had some barbecues on a rocky, hobbit-like grill. The whole stay felt like stepping into a fairy tale, in a movie-like house made from natural materials among real cork trees. If you love nature and want an authentic fairy tale in pausania, this is the place. The trees and natural materials keep the local heat from getting in, which was a huge plus. Paolo was such a kind, thoughtful, and helpful host, and gladly suggested restorations and viewpoints to visit. It's hard to describe how magical it all felt, or how grateful we are. Thank you for everything. We'll definitely be back.

For a quiet, truly relaxing break, this is the place. It's cool among the woods, which made it perfect for an August getaway.

The apartment was spotless, warm, and comfortable, and Mr. Paolo gave us a kind, hospitable welcome. This charming B&B also gave us a night of snowfall. Waking up to that scene was pure magic. We fell for the evocative landscape straight away and will definitely return. Highly recommended! :)

We loved the beautiful natural setting and the clean, comfortable rooms. The personal service was excellent too. Tempio Pausania is a charming village with several excellent restaurants. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely come back. Greetings from Barcelona!

Tempio Pausania is just a short distance away, and it's a well-stocked town. Back at the property, cork oak woods surround you, with roosters calling in the morning and donkeys and chickens making themselves heard now and then. The owners are friendly and kind. It was a wonderful place for my vacation, and I'd love to return.
