Really friendly service and an enjoyable interior, with modern mountain culture and good energy. It’s a great place for lunch or afternoon tea and coffee, with good beers too. In winter, there’s a wood oven by the seats, which makes it a cozy spot to relax and warm up. Full bar with cigarettes, plus free Wi-Fi.

The room felt too old to me, though the bed was OK since we were only staying the night. The balcony view was fantastic. The castle looks beautiful in daylight and stays lit until almost 10 PM, so it was lovely to sit out back, have something cold to drink and watch the sunset and the lights over the castle.

We had a safe in the room, and bottled water was provided. The reserved parking spaces were roomy, and everything was clean. It’s also well placed between Varone rainfalls and Tenno lake. The staff were politely friendly.

The restaurant staff made the stay for me: the waiters were friendly and the food was tasty. Our room was clean and nice too. I’d recommend it.

The garden was lovely, and there’s a pool as well. The staff were very kind, with the rooms and hall kept really clean. A great family-run hotel with 112 years of tradition. Nice work 👏💪👍.
