The pool was a welcome extra, and I liked having a ski room to leave my boots after a day on the slopes. Our room was roomy, clean, and kept neat throughout the stay. Dinner came in generous portions, and breakfast had lots to choose from. The two people serving us at dinner were especially kind and always made us smile. We had a great stay.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the standard room was perfectly good. We’d love to come back. Thanks for looking after us.

There wasn’t a restaurant to eat at within about 15 km, and the places farther out were closed on Saturdays or only opened at 7 pm. On top of that, we were put in a windowless basement room that looked nothing like the booking photo, and nobody gave us any information about breakfast. We won’t be back.

It’s still a good place to stay for skiing, with the resorts quite close by. But there aren’t enough heated rails for everyone’s ski boots, and the listing says Wi-Fi is free even though they charge €2. That’s misleading.

The views of the mountains are lovely, there’s a pool, and the dinners are fantastic.
