The balcony looking over the garden and vineyard was stunning, and we could ask for wine from the estate. Our apartment for two couples was roomy, quiet, modern, and kept spotless, with high ceilings, airy rooms, new bathrooms, and a kitchenette with a dishwasher. The owner was so helpful and did everything she could to make our stay pleasant. We had peaceful, relaxing days here and would happily recommend this holiday farm.

The location in Tramin is good, and the apartment is functional and well equipped. The landlady was friendly and helpful, but at about €100 a night, I don't think the price is justified. In early autumn, the place didn't feel cozy, and it wasn't a relaxing stay. The main issue for anyone hoping to sleep in or have a leisurely breakfast is the noise from upstairs. The family's children and grandchildren live on the top floor and start running around from 7:30 a.m. Their footsteps carry clearly into the apartments below and the stairwell. They're about 2 and 4 now, which is why earlier reviews didn't mention this. It was also cold in our apartment. The heating hadn't been switched on because it was only September. Night temperatures were below 10 degrees Celsius, and several days in a row lacked the usual September sunshine, so the apartment couldn't warm up. We used the kitchen oven to get by. The heating finally worked properly in the first week of October.

Marianne, the landlady, gave us a really warm welcome and helpful advice on hikes, bike rides, sights, and restaurants. Saying goodbye felt just as natural and friendly. We won't be making this our last stay at Ferienhof Franzelin. The farm sits right among the vineyards. Our apartment was on the small side, but perfectly adequate, very clean, and had everything we needed. Groceries are within walking distance, including a small shop with the basics as well as excellent baked goods, fresh sausage, and cheese.

The hostess was always ready with a useful tip or recommendation, which made the stay easier. We also enjoyed the Vernatsch wine from their own vineyard. Our spacious apartment in central Tramin had everything we needed for an easy holiday, with a view of the vineyard that's currently being renovated. A lovely place for either a relaxing or adventurous stay, highly recommended.

The landlords are super friendly and always ready to help or offer advice, which made our stay in Tramin and South Tyrol especially relaxing. The holiday apartment on this lovely fruit and wine farm had everything we could want.
