We had a room with its own bathroom and access to a shared kitchen for our stop on the way from Puglia to Ancona. The friendly couple who run this B&B have four kids. They arranged croissants for breakfast, and there was coffee, yogurt, and fruit too. The place is quite isolated, so if you're stopping overnight, I'd bring food with you. We parked in their yard, and if you have another car, there's space in front of the house.

It gives you exactly what it says it will, and that works well.

We stayed for one night and found the room clean and nicely furnished, with everything arranged thoughtfully. Towels, plenty of breakfast choices, a coffee maker, water, soaps, and the other little things were all provided. Many thanks to Mr. Ascanio for being so kind and available. We'll definitely come back!

A lovely house out in the countryside, and the owner was incredibly kind. We'll remember the last day of our summer fondly because of this stay.

We had the attic to ourselves, and it was comfortable, with clean rooms and pleasant bathrooms. The rooms have air conditioning, and there’s parking on the property. The owner was very kind, courteous, and helpful. Breakfast was good, with fruit, snacks, coffee, and tea available on the same floor, along with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. Highly recommended!
