The location worked really well for us, with the beach and historic centre both a short walk away, and free and paid parking nearby. The owner was very helpful and suggested restaurants and wineries to visit. Our room looked onto the little square and had a comfortable bed and delicate, traditional decor. There’s a steep staircase to the first floor, and nearby restaurants can be noisy in the evening. I’d happily stay again.

A good deal for the price, with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a great location. There was a mix-up with payment that we had to sort out on WhatsApp, but it was all resolved afterward.

I canceled within the free cancellation period after some trip plans changed and we couldn’t get to Termoli. Even so, the full cost of the stay was charged, and when I asked for a refund, the owner refused. After I said I’d post about it online, she threatened me, saying she had my home details through the booking agency and would come after me. Do not book this place.

We couldn’t get an answer on the intercom when we arrived. The man who picked up the phone confirmed our reservation details, then hung up on us. This happened three times. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, since you could end up needing to find somewhere else to sleep.
