The host was polite and discreet. The room is basic, but it's in Termoli's beautiful historic center, right by the main beach and close to the best restaurants. The mattress was excellent, though passing pedestrians sometimes disturbed our sleep, as you'd expect on a street in the historic center. Cleaning was very thorough. The welcome could use a few more thoughtful touches, like local pastries and juice in the fridge.

The owner was truly kind and always available. The apartment is nicely finished and sits in a charming, beautiful part of the village center, making it easy to get around the city. The low mezzanine makes it less practical to use, though, and the air conditioning wasn't much help on very hot days. That's part of why I'd give it four stars.

The location was the best in town, just five minutes from the beach and three from town. The room was small, and the toast from the owner wasn't very good.

Termoli was a wonderful surprise, and this home is well placed for visiting the city center, just steps from the sea and handy for boarding the ferry to the Tremiti Islands. Pasquale was attentive and helpful from our first contact, responding to every request. His home is modest in size but comfortable and adequate for two. The space is a little spartan, though, and could use practical extras like shelves and coat hooks, which Pasquale may add over time.

The owner was always kind and available whenever we had a request. The house was beautiful, clean and well cared for, with a splendid bathroom. Its central location made it easy to explore the city. We'll definitely come back!
